I'm curious about the one on:
reduce all gold you earn on chronicle sheets by 5%
your level in the bauble column ... if you sell the item, use the corresponding value as the market price
So I lose 5% of all sheets?
Including day job? (Yes as is on a chronicle sheet)Including sold items? (No as is on ITS sheets)
If I sell it is the value of it at my level on bauble?
Bought at 3rd it costs 5994 gp
300+1290/20*3+1865/20*3+1865/20*3+3252/20*3+3252/20*3+5458/20*3+5458/20*3+7 813/20*3+7813/20*3 until you ding 12th.
If you bought the max benefit of 1 potion per session, it would only cost:
15*50+12*300
4350 gp
I guess if you are intended to sell it off at 11th, it is beneficial?

Any threads or place I can look for specifics on how scaling magic items on chrobicke sheets work?
Can be sold?
Take a percentage on your future wealth?
Any other drawbacks?
They're each spelled out on an item by item basis in the Chronicles they appear. Those are the only scaling items that can be used in the campaign.

Having ignored the printed ones because they never seemed viable options, I'm only concerned with the legal ones on chronicle sheets as I indicated in the initial question.
So with 5% of all gold being taken including day jobs, I'm trying to figure out why these are attractive. Compared to just outright buying the separate benefits.
