Any way for a heavens oracle to get loathsome veil on their spell list?

Tinkering around building characters, and I started fooling with a gnome heavens oracle. So I was looking at the spells awesome display could affect, and loathsme veil is the best one that she not super high levels. Is there any way for an oracle to get it on their spell list?

Go into veiled illusionist prestige class.

Get spirit guide archetype, take lore spirit, arcane enlightenment and poach wizard spells.

Yeah, that doesn't work for PFS. I guess I'll have to be happy with hypnotic pattern.

Yeah, if it's for PFS then there is no way, HOWEVER for non-PFS a more serious answer than "bribe your GM" is finding out if the GM using the optional research rules in Ultimate Campaign. It's expensive, but in theory you could literally learn every single spell in the game that way. After all, that's what Baba Yaga did.

Baba Yaga is a prepared "book" caster, which unlike a spontaneous based oracle has no limit on how many spells she can know. She is pretty much the archetypal witch, after all.

Looks like veiled illusionist prestige class will allow me to get loathsome veil at level 6 when an oracle would normally learn 3rd level spells. It's also the only spell I really need, and a 1 level dip isn't going to kill me.

Be a Wayang, use the alternate FCB to add an extra illusion spell every level.

This doesn't work, arcane enlightenment adds to the spells you can prepare, oracles dont prepare spells.
