Quick question about one of the boons.

Spoiler:
Given that the Delvehaven Star is "imprinted on your wayfinder", I'm guessing that characters need to have one, either already or at some point in the future, in order to gain the bonus.

Anything official out there on this?

There are Pathfinders running around Golarion without their wayfinders?

I think that I have 3 PCs out of 20 that actually have wayfinders, it's not at the top of my to buy list usually. I have many more that at least have something designating their faction on them than a wayfinder. If you use ioun stones, its a must have, but not always fitting for every character.

I think there is more 'leaning/influence' on the factions than general membership depending on how you look at things and when you started playing. Reading the novels, Varrian Jeggere even makes an off-handed comment about Ollysta Zadrian was dedicated more to the Silver Crusade than the pathfinders in King of Chaos mentioning her asking for his assistance.

It's not an official answer, I bought the PC a wayfinder when I picked up that boon, as a kind of IC reason for granting the PC one that had not been through Confirmation or anything else that would ICly grant one I treated it as the grant of the wayfinder made with that on it and a reason the PC now has one.

Maybe there's too many Aspis agents running around planting wayfinders at crime scenes, and now we're running low?

Venture captain: Pathfiders can't take more flack for causing mayhem.

Party: Got it boss

Party Arives. Proceed to pathfinder the place. Arsons and bodies pile up. "Everyone put on your aspis badges!"

Player arives late Party: "if you're really a pathfinder... where's your aspis badge?"

This sounds familiar. Have I been in this adventure?

Eh. Given that the basic Wayfinder only costs 250gp to buy in Society play, if I haven't already acquired one via a boon, I usually buy it by level 3 - by then I figure that I have *actually* done my Confirmation, even if it has occurred 'off-screen'.
