I'm sure I remember something being said on the Blog that removed the requirement to use pre-gens for the Quest adventures, opening them up to any 1st level character. I can't find anything on a search. Am I going mad(er)?

The only quest that still uses pre-gens is Hono(u)r's Echo. Silverhex and Phantom no longer have the restriction.

What blog has the post that says Silverhex players can use a "regular" character?

. Like past quest series, Honor's Echo is for 1st-level pregenerated characters, but we are decoupling past quest series (i.e. The Silverhex Chronicles and Phantom Phenomena) from the pregenerated character requirement.
