So this AP is so good, and my group loves it so much, we are about to play through it a second time! We have a few new players who didn't get to experience it the first time, I will be running it instead of PCing.
One of the things I'm going to be doing to change it up is move it from Fantasy to Post-Apocalyptic. The Crown of Fangs will be an advanced AI and Kazavon an ancient AI war machine. The Orcs will be mutants. Still working on the conversion, but wanted to get the thread started to see if others might have some ideas to add some radioactive spice.

This sounds like a great idea, Coridan. I'm also running g this soon, however it will be my first time. Since I finished GMing RotRL last year, I'm going to run it in the normal time line to play-up the tie-ins.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Using the gorgeous hardcover as the source to convert. Since it has more content, and it's all nice and collected in one book. Mostly converting to keep it fresh for the two people who participated in it previously (and to keep it fresh for me). I also hate Golarion, so there was going to be some conversion regardless.

I start my 4th time running this delicious AP in 2 weeks. I have 2 parties who have finished this, am working on a third which is half way through. I only have had 2 players to repeat in any of the plays. One played a Shoanti Cleric helping tie that portion of the story in, the other an urban ranger to make sure the party got to experience the Sable Company.
