Removing inactive players from campaigns

Online Campaigns General Discussion

How do you actually do this sort of thing? I don't know how to remove inactive players from my campaigns.

You can't completely remove them, but if you go into your main campaign tab, click "Edit Campaign" on the far right corner.

Scroll all the way down, below the campaign info boxes. You will see players and characters listed with tickboxes next to them. For any absent player/character, untick "active." You can also mark them as an NPC if you bot them.

This won't make them disappear, but they'll be listed on the respective Players or Characters tab as "previous" rather than on the active list.

Thank you, GMDQ.

So, what effect does "boting" a character have? Can the DM now post for them or as them? Does it keep them from posting?

I don't think it does do anything but list them differently in the player/character page...

No, it just removes the Campaign from their Campaigns tab and moves their names from the top of the Players and Characters tabs to the bottom.
