You might want to spend some time developing Pitax's Kingdom Hexes to suit your taste. I don't think they are fleshed out much (or at all). I would put much of Pitax's lands south of Pitax, a little bit NW, and the NE sparsely developed (by these compass directions I mean N = top edge of the map, not N as it is printed on the map). I believe Pitax & Mivon supposed to control about halfway to each other if that helps any.
I'd draw a line from Pitax & Ft Drelev, and develop Pitax toward Drelev as much as the Player's Kingdom has developed Drelev toward Pitax. That should give you some no man's land, and some infrastructure to mess with on both sides.
Numerous hex maps of Brevoy are online, search hex maps of Brevoy, should yield several iterations.

If anyone has some opinions on the rough types and numbers of buildings for Pitax, I would be curious to see them. My party just finished up book 2 and found some things with Hargulka that is making them do some initial espionage looking at Pitax which give things like their overall national health and the like.
Also, while I love the look of that huge map, it doesn't match up with the hex maps provided...so if you were going to use it you would have to do so from the beginning which is sad because it is the best looking of them.

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. If I had that map when I started the campaign, I would have used that instead of the official ones. But the hexes/terrain are slightly different, making a mid-campaign conversion potentially problematic.
*grin* my players have a very inaccurate map to work from :) In time they will create something more accurate for themselves.
