Which is why my GM doesn't allow me to choose different spells every day. It's still excellent.

While I am a generous GM and as a result spend a lot of time buffing encounters I think it is a baseline assumption that a caster will have a +6 headband by 16th level.

It is a tiny proportion of your WBL and if you were using auomatic bonus progression optional rules I think you would have it

Upper level Oracle combat spells are IMO inferior to the Sorceror options I ahve a high level sorceror as well in the same game and their offensive spell selection is superior .

I agree that the archetype is poorly written I allowed it to increase the spells available for the Oracle to cast as I work on the basis that abilities are usually meant to do something useful and that interpretation worked to make the ability useful, I banned changing the list every day as I did not think that making the Sorceror class largely irrelevant was a good idea
