Just following up on this to make sure it's all working as intended now. I ran into an issue with this particular order previously and saw that there is a potential bug with Pending status orders so I thought I'd be better safe than sorry!

Follow up question: I see payment was authorized again today and status is again pending. This is basically what happened last week, when would be a good time to wait before following up again would need to be considered?

Pending is the status any order that has been submitted but not shipped out has. So the order will say pending until it leaves the warehouse. There was an authorization opened when the order was put on a pick list. It should be going out sometime today or tomorrow.
