I read the last 2 pages of the gameplay thread to see where you left off. It looks like you are an RP heavy bunch who seem to trust each other enough for romance. That's a bit rare actually. Kudos for that kind of dedication.
I would need to read up on vigilantes. Haven't encountered one in the wild yet. But aside from that I don't see why I couldn't take over.
I've run ROTRL as a home and PBP game. So you could say I'm familiar. I'm currently running a Skulls and Shackles and Mummy's Mask game. You're free to look at those to get a grasp on my style.
I'm going through your gameplay thread. I'm about halfway done. Looks like you have 3 people still checking in so far: Calin, Selaros and Marilwen. And possibly Sizma. Four is enough to keep going, unless you would like to recruit another player. If it's just the three of you, recruiting a fourth would be pretty easy.
Dropping in. Sizma's player was in one of my campaigns, and as far as I can tell they've had their account suspended. If you check the character profile, the Send Private Message link is gone.

I can confirm that the player was banned. He was a GM of a game I was in, and PM'd me from an alternate account stating that we would have to find another GM, as he had been banned. Shortly thereafter, his alternate went quiet as well.
However, should yall be looking for a replacement, I would happily join in. I have been in several start ups for RotRL that never took off, and am currently GM'ing a RotRL game that is near the end of book 1 after almost a year of steady posting.
Hey there! WR is an awesome GM (also: hi, DM Carbide! Svarog here), and I'd love to join if there's room? Full disclosure, I'm currently running the beginning of ROTRL for 3 different parties, one of them face to face and the others pbem. I am good at firewalling meta knowledge, however, and I've been wanting to join up in this AP for some time.
