I was wondering if there was a feat or trait or something that could make those Vestigal Wings strong to gain fly movement speed. Besides casting a fly spell XD. I mean I want to be able to use the wings.
Yeah I guess it is a pity that they didn't make one like that for tieflings. :/ Aasimar can even get Metallic Wings.

There´s a very expensive magical item "wicked wings" granting you fiendish wings with a fly speed equal to your normal land speed for 55k gp.
Hmm Cant find Angelic Visage and yeah the item is nice but beats the purpose of making my own wings useful. But thanks anyway for all of you input. ^^ Maybe in the future tieflings will get something similar like Aasimars.

Just take that feat and add an equivalent feat like the aasimar get. Easy peasy.
talk to your dm see if they will let you take a feat chain similar to the aasimar wing feat chain
I played an aasimar Paladin. Quite frankly I didn't feel it worth the feat investment to get a crappy form of flight, when I had a spell available that would get the job done.
Yeah if you are a PLD that is perfect. Aspect is a wonderful spell but its personal. If you play a different class that have no access to such spells, then we gotta find something else.
As a small aside, I think you're missing the point of the word "vestigial". :v
haha not really really missing the point. But I thought I could make them better. I mean ... tiefling dont have tails.... so you can get one with a trait change then you can even develop it further with a feat Grasping Tail to even make it useful to pick up items as a swift action.
Having no way to develop wings further (except for class features that grant wings or other flight -- see below) is one of the ways that Tieflings get shafted relative to Aasimars. Having to take a penalty to an ability score when Aasimars DON'T take a penalty to an ability score is another.
Here are a few class features (not counting spells) that can get you flight-rated wings:
- Druid (Wildshape -- wrong flavor for many Tiefling characters)
- Agathiel Vigilante (see Druid)
- Wildsoul Vigilante with Falconine Natural Course (not the right flavor for many Tiefling characters, but could work for an Erinyes-derived Tiefling, for instance)
- Some Bloodrager and Sorcerer Bloodlines, including but not limited to Celestial, Draconic, and Infernal (but strangely not the other lower planes-associated Bloodlines)
- A few Barbarian/Skald Rage Powers
- Oracle with Outer Rifts or Wind Mystery
- Synthesist Summoner (or other Summoner if you get to really high level)
- Dragon Disciple prestige class
Also, some class features (again not counting spells) get you wing-independent flight:
- Aeromancer Wizard
- Several types of Kineticist
- Witch or Hexcrafter Magus with Flight Hex
I'm probably missing a few in the lists above.
I'm with Todd Stewart on this one. Just refluff the aasimar's angel wings. Seems reasonable enough to me.
Fey'ri (elf-tieflings in the Forgotten Realms) get wings and a fly speed. Why not? Unless you're PFS, I guess.

Well the issue with refluffing the aasimar wings is that there are 2 feats before it. Angelic Blood and Angelic Flesh. so you need to find well fluffed equivalents of those.
