Congratulations! Sounds like a hell of a trip.

Congratulations!
We have a while to go yet.

I had my Epilogue yesterday.
I'll miss playing this story. It has been one of the better gaming experiences I everhad.

I wish I tracked our game, I really enjoyed it too. Congratulations though!

I never track games, but I wish I could write the story because it differed enough from the main story to deserve to be told and it had great moments!

Dark Archive

I think that's the mark of good Roleplaying.

Thanks!
My GM managed to add a lot of personalized stuff for all the PCs so we all felt it was our own story. Also, he reacted to our actions to create new things that didn't appear in the original AP.
The fact that we translated the whole thing to our personalized Dragonlance setting also allowed to make some radical changes.
And the ressults were amazing.

My group is 32 sessions in and they haven't gotten to the top of the clock tower yet!

We barely spent a year of real time. It was pretty intensive... and intense!

Congratulations to those who have finished the AP! :)

It's one of those that I really want to run sometime. (I've given up on getting any locals to run things like that for me.) However, first we have to finish RotR (two different groups!), and I would like to take a run at CotCT first, plus maybe a (re-vamped) SD, followed by Shattered Star.

And then there's MM, IG, and other less-standard APs (SA?).

Like me, too many projects!

I played CoCT and I loved it. It was my first contact to Pathfinder and I really liked the story.

RoW requires some work but it's really worth it.

We have recently started on The witch queen's revenge. However, our campaign does not end with this adventure, since I am going to add The witch war legacy to it (and some home-made stuff tailored to the PCs).
So we will be busy for a while.
And then we will see. I have a slight preference for Strange aeons, but my players will have a say in it as well.

How do you intend to spin the Elvanna/Winter Witch connection in The Witch War Legacy, seeing as the module is usually considered to take place before RoW? As a simple power-grab, now that the established order has been (presumably) broken?

My GM is considering to adapt the Witchwar Legacy too but we'll see. It is more or less a dungeon crawl and we might enjoy a diferent thing to take us to level 20.
So we'll see what we end doing.

Grand Lodge

Holy crap! You averaged 19 sessions per book?????? I thought 8 for my first book was a lot!

Congratz!

It's official. We're now into Witchwar Legacy. My GM adapted it to fit some of the former plots and added some new stuff and it makes a lot of sense.

I will thoroughly rewrite WWL. I have put this under a spoiler button just in case.

Spoiler:
First of all I am going to add an extra faction (which they will meet later in an adventure I am going to write myself). Further, it is now Elvanna's granddaughter and not Elvanna who has sent the patrols, and joined them, because she fears what Baba Yaga might do to her now Elvanna has been defeated and hopes to find something that she can use as a bargaining chip, such as Kostchtchie's torc. The PCs are going to receive a warning from Princess Cassisoche, with whom they are more or less friendly and who wants to flee south with her friend Ilya in order to avoid Baba Yaga's wrath.

We have Cassisoche as the queen, a former allied NPC working against the group trying to recover the torc for her to marry her.
We haven't freed Baba Yaga and her prison is now in Cassisoche's hands because of this NPC who has stolen it and Elvanna's crown to give them to Cassisoche.
So the PCs basically want to avoid Cassisoche having the torc as they fear she could be use it to strike a deal with Kostchtchie to do something with Baba Yaga's prison, or something equally dangerous. We also want to stop the NPC who has betrayed us.
The fun fact is that this NPC has done everything with good intentions. But everything is now really messed up.

Today Arthur, our Wizard, died twice in Witchwar Legacy.

Spoiler:

The first one it was the classic «Rocks fall, Arthur dies», as we were surrounded by Remorhaz and rocks kept falling all the time. He got buried alive but unconscious and subsequent falling rocks killed him as we couldn't reach him to heal him under the rocks. We teleported to a city and bought a scroll to bring him back.

Then we got caught in a geyser. I fell into negative HP thanks to my ring of evasion (I could have died) and False Life. He fell into -18 HP and was brought back to life immediately by our newest party member, an Inquisitor.

The combat encounters aren't being very hard, but the environment is deadly!!!

We've been into a few traps that didn't seem to have a way of being avoided or removed.
