Hi I received the first shipment of my subscription over a weeks ago as I had to sign for it in UK.
I sent a request asking if i had to sign for all now ? but got no answer.
this Order 4120700 was dispatched 3 days after my first but has yet to show up?
what do i do? as its not traceable? but should have been here by now?

Hi Camelon75,
I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response to your email! It looks like that got caught in our spam filter.
I'm not sure why you needed to sign for it. There are not any settings on our side to set anything to require a signature. As handling and final delivery vary from country to country, this is probably a question better directed to your post office.
The label for your order was printed on the Nov 1st, but your shipping confirmation email should have stated that it should have left our warehouse by Monday, November 14th. This means that it could have shipping anytime between November 1st and 14th. Most of our subscription shipments are processed in batches and it is not feasible to track where any given order is in processing, so subscription orders are given about at two week estimate shipping window. Additionally, standard post shipping for most international orders has an estimated transit time of 9 to 36 business days. While a lot of orders arrive on the order end of that, there are a lot of conditions that could cause shipments to stretch to the longer end of that estimate.
Unfortunately, we do not have tracking available for international shipments (with the exception of UPS International).

Just received my notification of the next issue but still not recieved this order 4120700
The 3rd instalment of strange aeons Dreams of the yellow king has been available in my local game store Since 21st Nov, I think my copy of this issue has gone missing!
What is the missing items process?

Thanks for your response! Taking a look at your order and what Sharaya mentioned above, it seems that your order may still very well be on the way to you. It was expected to leave our warehouse by the 14th, and with an estimate of 9 - 36 business days in transit, it could be arriving anytime between now and January 6th. While orders do not usually take the full estimated time, the range of dates is fairly wide to allow for minor hiccups or delays that may occur in the shipping process.
I'm sorry for any confusion or inconvenience that this may have caused! If you still have not received your order by the estimated time, just let us know and we'll be glad to get a replacement sent out to you as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.

Just received the dreams of the yellow king
Once again requiring me to sign for delivery ???
UK Royal Mail say this is required by the bar code that is placed on it by US postal service!
Luckily I was in today to receive as last time I had to drive 40min pay a parking fee to pick up what I was expecting to just post through my letterbox
Might also explain the slow delivery time if it's getting scanned everywhere
Just don't understand why, I have not asked it to be scanned nor tracked and neither has Paizo so why are the postal services forcing it

I'm sorry to hear that it's been difficult to receive your shipments! I've taken a look into your orders, and it seems that they were all sent out via Standard Post on our end.
Unfortunately, we don't have any control over what happens to the package after it is picked up from our warehouse, so I don't have any more information on what label the US Postal Service may be putting on the shipment, or why they require a signature. It may be worthwhile to see if you can get more details from the UK Royal Mail or the USPS on what exactly the label is for. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help in this!
