Subscription Cancellation

I would like to cancel my subscription to PATHFINDER RPG. Additionally, the first time I tried to cancel my subscription, it wasn't cancelled, so I have a copy of the Villain Codex attempting to be shipped. Can that order please be cancelled. Thanks, rpm.
