There are quite a few. Actually have to build a tree and will restrict myself mostly to feats and favored class bonuses (FCB):
Torches
* Goblin: Fire Hand + Burn! Burn! Burn!
* Worship Asmodeus: Firebrand
Unarmed
* Monk: Elemental Fist, Efreeti Style etc.
Weapon fire damage in general
* Ifrit: Elemental Strike, alternatively (doesn't stack?) Scorching Weapons + Inner Flame
* Channel energy ability: Energy Channel feat
* Hunter with Planar Focus (fire): 1d6 to 5d6 fire damage per hit with any weapon
* Weapon Evoker Mastery (increase built-in bonus damage of a magical weapon)
Spell damage
* Bard: Fire Music (deal fire damage with bardic performance)
* Half-orc: FCB for magus + sorcerer
* Kobold: FCB for sorcerer
* Energy Mastery (abuse certain item to cast Burning Hands)
Metamagic
* Flaring Spell (dazzles)
* Burning Spell (well, ignites target) / Burning Amplification (technically not metamagic, but similar effect)
Supernatural damage
* Half-orc: FCB for kineticist
* Ignite after sundering: Relic Breaker
Special effects of fire
* Half-orc / orc: Fire God's Blessing (heal by dealing fire damage)
* Worship Sarenrae: Glorious Heat (heal allies by casting fire spells)
* Kineticist: Kinetic Counter (neutralize a white dragon's breath etc.)
* Channel energy: Blazing Channel (ignites undead)
* Arson subdomain: Call fire (well, call it to you, burning foes on the way)
