Sorry to be a pain, but the excitement is killing me! ;)

The subject subscription order was submitted on October 27th with an estimate of 1 to 7 business days to ship. Unfortunately, I haven't received the shipping notification, yet.

I wanted to check and make sure there aren't any problems with processing the order.

Hi Paris,

Thanks for the question! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that everything is good to go. It's on a packing list, so it's in the batch that our warehouse is working on, but they just have not reached it yet. We're still in week 2 of shipping, so this is not abnormal.

They should be reaching your order soon, and once they do, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way. It shouldn't be much longer! :)
