Thornkeep, most levels can be done in 4-5 hours. Murderers Mark in 5-6 if your party is balanced. Godsmouth in 5-6 hours if you lead the party a bit with some well placed hints, clues. Crypt of the Everflame is two 5 hour sessions for sure. Dragon's Demand part 1 should be fine for 5 hours, but for that one I'd want the party to finish all four parts.

I actually ran Everflame for the first time last night, and I guess we were lucky because our party finished it in just under six hours.

With the modules budgeting time is trickier because the narrative is longer and a little freer, so it is more likely to find creative solutions or not. I ran Godsmouth with a party intent on being very deliberate and it took 2, 5 hour runs. I played in a Masks of the Living God run where we completely back doored the whole thing and finished in less then 4 hours. I think for most of them its safer to plan 2 normal sized time chunks, and if you finish early run something else.
