PFS Gunslinger 5 + How many Levels into Inquisitor

Advice

Silver Crusade

HI,
i have made a Dwarf Gunslinger (Musket Master) and realized after LvL 5
Gunslinger doesnt Gain much and i think getting at least 2 LvL into Inquisitor (Infiltrator ArchType + Reformation Inquisition) gives me Huge Bonuses to being a Face, Will Save and Initiative.

His Stats are 10/17/14/10/17/6 and by lvl 8 he will be 10/20/14/10/20/6
with Headband and Belt.

My Question is how many LvLs in Inquisitor should i get?
3 gives me Target of Opportunity or Preacher Ability
4 Lets me Roll Diplo Twice and Take the better Roll
5 Gets me Bane.

Or should i go with Gunslinger after lvl 7?

Bane is really, really good. I'd stick with it until at least then. You're level 10 by then. Since PFS caps at 12, you have one more level to play around, and neither class really gets more cool stuff. Inquisitor gets an extra teamwork feat, which is nice, but maybe there's something more. Fighter could net you an extra feat you need, Ranger gives you Favored Enemy (meh), Brawler gives you some flexibility, Warpriest gives you some minor blessings (Air blessing makes you not provoke, Good blessing makes it Good-aligned, for nasty DR. Shame about standard action to activate, though).
All are good choices, IMHO, and none of them will hurt you by choosing it over Gunslinger or Inquisitor, I think.

If you take 5 levels in inquisitor for Bane, you may as well take two more (gunslinger 5/inquisitor 7) for 3rd-level spells (like greater magic weapon and heroism)...

Yeah, Gun 5 going into Inquisitor all the rest of the way is excellent.

Just go Gunquisitor all the way. Inquisitor rewards level investment.

Wouldn't Gun 6 / Inquisitor the rest of the way be better?

Going Gun 6 gets you a second iterative attack, +1 on all saves and Nimble +2 for one better AC.

Going Inquisitor immediately means delaying the iterative by a level.

Depends on how much front/mid-loading you want to do. Inquisitor eventually gets 3rd level spells, which are definitely better than nothing. Tossing another Gunslinger level delays your spellcasting, initiative bonuses, inquisition, and judgement by a level. Inquisitor benefits most if you squeeze as many Inquisitor levels as you can into your build. You get your best payout to level ratio with 5 Gunslinger levels. If this were a full BAB build, maybe a Gunslinger / Fighter or Gunslinger / Vigilante, then perhaps the extra Gunslinger level might be worth it.
