I'm thinking that they'd be particularly useful against swarms.
Can Alchemists craft them?
Even though they're not listed as legal, I think it's an omission.

Unfortunately, Inferno Grenades are not legal for purchase in PFS play, but if there was one on a chronicle sheet, you would be able to purchase one. Hopefully, there are more PFS adventures based in Numeria!

Actually, it's already present in the game. Just use and inferno grenade.

I prefer Goblin Head Bombs- at least i have a chance of getting the bomb back.
Remember, you have to spend each round charging it, and it's odds of detonating increase each turn- so it could blow you up too!

It should be an incredibly overpriced alchemist fire. Like 600gp....

Problem is there's a chance on the glitch table it could function properly. However that could be beneficial as you could distract enemies with Candy Crush

I think not exploding next to your fellow players would fall under the "Don't be a Jerk" clause.

Mine was always ice cold but they shut off its ability to connect to make me return in.
