OK, I've heard many people say different things so I'll ask here. Say I have a Ftr with a base move of 20'. I'm trying to get into a flank position so I had to move 30', is that considered a double move? and can I still make a single attack? Also, say one of my teamates was knocked prone/tripped, on his next turn instead of standing up and provoking an AOA, can he 5' crawl away without provoking an AOA?

1. Your fighter made a double move and cannot attack unless he could charge the 30', in which case he can make his attack at the end of the charge.

2. Crawling provokes an AOO.

That's what I thought, thanks.

OK, say I had a weapon in each hand, would I be able to attack with one of them?

As long as you don't have ponce or a similar ability that allows a full attack at the end of a charge, you can make exactly one attack after taking a half move or making a charge. It does not matter, wether you have 1 weapon of 50, you get to make exactly one attack. If you are wielding 2 weapons, you get to choose, which one you use.
