My PFS character number 8 has somehow disappeared from the website. I have already sent an email to customer service, but wanted to post here as well to increase visibility, since I never got a reply to my last email.
Is it possible to have the character, Hassan al-Din Khurshah, restored? If not, can my number 8 slot be restored and I can see about re-reporting his credits?

Unfortunately once a character has been deleted we can't retrieve it. The way our system is set up new characters are always created at a number 1 higher than your previous character to prevent potential scenario overlap between old characters and new ones. We are unable to set new characters to have old numbers, even if the character was deleted before anything was reported on it.
I can relate, I have a few skipped digits in my PFS roster as well. :)
