Hi, my order from July 27th is still showing as pending. I'm not sure what is holding it up, but is it possible to send the items that are available now as it's already been a couple of months.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I've taken a look at your order, and it seems that it's being held up because we are still waiting to receive more of the Grand Lodge Faction Pins.

We do have a handful of the pins left, but it appears that you've ordered 13 and we only have enough to fulfill 9 of them. If you'd like to lower the quantity, just let me know and I can take care of it and get your order sent out right away. Otherwise, if you'd prefer to wait for all of them, I can leave the order as-is, or move the pins to their own order to be sent once we receive our restock.

Please don't hesitate to ask if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, and I will be more than happy to help out.

9 would be fine, if you could swap the other 4 for any of the other pins that are in stock that would be perfect

No problem! I've reduced the Grand Lodge pins down to 9, and I've upped the quantity of The Exchange, Liberty's Edge, Scarab Sages, and Silver Crusade to 2 each. I'm very sorry for the mixup, but I'll be sure to get this order on the way as soon as possible to make up for the delay.
