Night Hag Coven

I'm thinking about a short adventure in which the PCs must defeat a coven of witches that created a dreamscape or a mindscape (a heavy modification of the Baleful Coven module - any suggestion is welcome).

Does a Night Hag count as a hag for the purpose of creating a Hag Coven? I'm asking because the Night Hag is not a true hag, it's an outsider, not a monstrous humanoid.

I can't speak for PF RAW, as those things have evolved and I don't follow too closely; but in 3.5 a night hag would most definitely have been eligible to be in a hag coven, probably its head in fact, more so than an Annis or Green Hag

If you look at the Night Hag creature entry:

Organization solitary, mounted (1 and 1 nightmare), or coven (3 hags of any type)
Treasure standard

So it's spelled out right there, yes they count for covens.
