Playing a character who has gone slow progress since his creation, but just finished a scenario that would make half GP into something like 252.5 gp.
1)Can every scenario in PFS be played Slow progress?
2)If not, would it be possible to give the chronicle sheet to another character since the scenario was a lvl 1-2? And not being told I couldn't do slow progress.

1) there are some older chronicles without the correct notation. GMs know to halve the rewards so you should be covered and that general case (from the PFRPG ver 8 pg 11,34,40) should cover everything. There might be an exception but I can't think of one offhand.
2) moot point from above, but... the character (number) that played gets the chronicle.
You'd have to consult your local VO if there's a mistake, but if you played it then that character gets it even if the GM was wrong about the details.
At first level the character isn't defined so just move the character design to a different number.

1. Yes.
The maximum amount of gold a slow advancement track PC can earn from pre-season 3 scenarios is half the listed amount (or the Out-of-Subtier amount referred to below) rounded down.
2. N/A. But... no, you can't give it to another character. If you played a scenario with a (non-pregen) character, that character has to get the chronicle.

well - a 2nd level character isn't very invested in a particular build design. Most people like to play certain classes and vary those basic designs one way or another (variations on a theme). So this could be your first variant...
I'll comment that a slow track (progress) character is more about having fun playing the character than earning efficiency. Expenditures per scenario are constant and usually exceed day job earnings (particularly for potion or consumable magic item users). Every charge off a wand of cure light wound is still 15GP or 1/25 PA. So do it for the love of playing that character and Game On!
