Sources of advantage and their feasibility

Advice

So far, I've found the following:

Witch's Fortune
Luck Domain
Fate Domain
Education Domain (triggered by natural extrema)

Are there any other reliable sources of Roll Twice, Take Best?

Which of these are feasible for use without a major loss of Action Economy?

Also, is there some way to extend the length of a Domain Power? To more than one round?

Well, the first and most immediate question is this- what do you want to reroll?

Just any dice in general? That might be a tall order. You may find more sources that give rerolls for specific things, like certain saving throws or attacks.

Any non-skill-check-specific roll. There are many ways to reroll skill checks, but given that 1d20d1 is on average a 13.66 (nearly a +3 bonus on average), Skill Checks have better means of being improved than wasting Advantage.

Actually, you may find that 1d20d1 is on average a zero! You probably meant 2d20d1~

You are correct. The best kind.

A dual cursed oracle has a couple of relevant revelations. Misfortune works as 'reroll, take the new roll' rather than 'reroll, take the worst' and of course Fortune is plain take the best. Any oracle (dual cursed or not) also can get the Borrow Fortune spell.

Wizards with the Divination/Foresight subschool have something similar too.

All of the above are immediate or free actions.

Headband of Fortune's Favor Allows luck bonuses and good luck effects to last 1 round longer which is what you were asking for.

Dual-Cursed Oracle has the Misfortune ability.

Misfortune (Ex): At 1st level, as an immediate action, you can force a creature within 30 feet to reroll any one d20 roll that it has just made before the results of the roll are revealed. The creature must take the result of the reroll, even if it’s worse than the original roll. Once a creature has suffered from your misfortune, it cannot be the target of this revelation again for 1 day.

This can be used to make allies or enemies reroll. They must take the second roll, not the worse roll so use it when allies roll low and enemies roll high/threaten criticals.
