I think blessing of the gobs is the only blessing I know of that doesn't have a specific dice it gets, but copies the top card of the blessings deck... So what happens if it is another Blessing of the Gobs? This happened in a PACG game last week. Will it just add nothing? Also, could Blessing of the Gods copy it's ability to get no dice but the Bury effect?
If the top card of the blessings discard is another Blessing of the Gobs, then your copy does not gain any powers that allow you to play the card. As such, you cannot play it at all, so its power that lets you steal the top card of the blessings deck can never happen.

Hmm. That throws a wrench into things. So because it's an infinite loop of trying to copy itself, it (Blessings of the Gobs) literally cannot be played if Blessings of the Gobs is the top card of the blessings discard? I guess it does make sense though, since there is no discard to do something on the card.

It has nothing to do about infinite loops, it has everything to do about Blessing of the Gobs having no powers printed on the card itself that let you play it.
Playing a card means using a power on that card by revealing, displaying, discarding, recharging, burying, or banishing that card or by performing another action specified by that card.

(Any paragraph in the power section of a boon that doesn’t involve playing the card for a particular effect is not itself a power—it’s a mandatory action you must take when you play the card.)
You may automatically acquire this card. If you do, and you do not have the Goblin trait, you are dealt 2 Mental damage that cannot be reduced.
You may treat this card as if it had the same powers as the top card of the blessings discard pile.
If you have the Goblin trait, after you play this card you may discard the top card of the blessings deck; if that card is a blessing, you may bury this card to automatically acquire it, then recharge it.
The first two paragraphs are not powers according to the rulebook (they don't have you reveal, display, discard, recharge, bury, banish, or perform another action to use the power). The third paragraph is a power, but it can only be used after you have already played the card, meaning that you would have needed to use some other power on it first. As there are no other powers on it, you cannot use that power. As such, you cannot play the card at all.
