Okay, so I'm going to be playing in a high level game revolving around a tournament. In that tournament, we will have two round to buff before combat begins. I'm trying to eke out as many spells as I can in those two rounds, and so I'm thinking of using the three Nalfeshnees I can summon as a Standard to help me buff via dropped wands. However, I am not sure if they can pick up wands dropped in my square with a single move action by RAW. Now, one would think a 15 foot reach would be enough to allow it, but I'd like to be armed with as much supporting evidence from the rules as possible before I argue my case to the GM, which is where you fine folks come in. Anyone know of any passages from the book, or from officials on the boards, that might support me? Or refute, actually. I'd rather find out now that it just won't work, rather than be shown in black and white after I bring it to the GM. :)

In short, if you can reach the square with your normal reach you can pick up something from that square.
