Well... what i poked at is a Sanctified Slayer/Green Faith Marshal with a topping of Evangelist of Tanagaar and VMC rogue.
At lvl 10 i took 6 levels in inquisitor, and 4 levels in evangelist, and after the VMC tax and deific obedience tax i am at whole 2 feats, 1 slayer talent and 3 teamwork feats.
So there we have 5d6 sneak attack, and a s@*#load of skillpoints and a lot of gimmicks. And at lvl 15(or 9th level evangelist to get divine boon 3 ) you will get 3d6 from the divine boons, and a few more from VMC Crocodile and Sanctified slayer... so around 11d6.
You could go for Shax if you wanna be evil, but Tanagaar actually fit for a "nature based" Inquisitor.
All in all, despite the gimmick being all about sneak attack, you can actually make a rather flavorful nature Inquisitor.

Evangelist of Tanagaar isn't valid sadly. Deific obedience is needed for Evangelist, empyreal lords have their own feat and prestige class (Mystery Cultist)
*sigh* Now thats a load of crap... Oh well, take celestial obedience at 17 and enjoy a free 3d6 at lvl 20... for whats thats worth right?

Can green faith marshall even get the crocodile domain? I know hero lab isn't perfect, but it doesn't give that as a domain option for that archetype. I guess you can't beat a level of snakebite striker plus x levels of rogue/ninja for getting max sneak attack without tanking bab.
Everyone can. It says anyone with nature/animal relationship can choose it.
Green Faith is just a way to get the spells as well.

13d6 sneak attack at 20th level is by no means game breaking. At that level you have casters with 9th level spells and barbarians hitting for 200 damage a round.
But it's certainly not bad!
If you have Tanagaar's greater boon and greater sniper goggles each (ranged) sneak attack die has +4 damage to it. So minimum of +65 damage to each hit in addition to strength bonus and enchantments and bane and wrath spell etc on a sanctified slayer.

And then the enemy drops Particulate Form and you get 0 Sneak Attack damage.

You'd still be an inquisitor though so plenty of other options.
