I am dabbling with rolling up a Mooncaller (tiger) and wanted to know if there are any PFS legal feats/ways to increase the damage on natural attacks.
I know the Amulet of Natural Attacks will help some, but that will end up being quite spendy.
Anything else?
I believe that Improved Natural Attacks is not PFS legal. Is this correct?

Yeah, that feat isn't PFS legal. Until you get hybrid form you are limited to rage powers and feats, so get Power Attack for sure. Some of the totem rage powers can add elemental damage, also the Linnorm death curse ones.
Once you hit level 5 definitely go for the Amulet of Mighty Fists, and possibly Gauntlets of Rending

I think the Tiger appeals from the get go because it gets 3 attacks at level one and pounce at level eleven, but I'm not sure it is necessarily the best.
Breaking it down:
Bear gets 2 claws and a bite, with a 40ft land speed
Boar gets a gore attack and 40ft land speed
Crocodile gets a bite and a tail slap, a 20ft land speed and a 40ft swim speed
Shark gets a bite and a 60ft swim speed
Tiger gets 2 claws and a bite with a 40ft land speed
Wolf gets a bit and a 50ft speed
Pounce is indeed very good, and Tiger is the only one to get it for free, but the Beast Totem line of Rage Powers will get you there at the same level. So if you go that path you can get claws for the Boar, Croc, or Wolf. Boar can actually get 4 attacks if you add in the Animal Fury power. The Croc can get there with just the Beast Totem powers, and gets a swim speed to boot. Wolf is the fastest form, and the only one to get Trip.
The only real loser is the Shark (which is only really viable in a water campaign).
