Bloodrager dex build?

Advice

I had and interesting idea for a dex based bloodrager going crossblooded fey/destined and urban bloodrager. Seems a bit feat intensive, but possible viable if I can get the damage up. Is this a viable build?

Why not go straight destined? Why crossblood with fey? Does it offer anything you could use?

Well fey gives you charging through difficult terrain and blurred movement which both seemed pretty cool and thematic.

Hm... I would go for Urban Bloodrage if I wanna go dex based, I would just pick between fey and destined. You can't be both crossblood and urban. Go two weapons with Agile ability, katana is good pick if you are aiming for late levels, otherwise you want bastard swords only if you can get the proficiency for it without spending a feat. But really no point going dex based as barbarian or bloodrager unless you want to throw things. Even so, str based still offer a bit of damage.

You are absolutely shooting yourself in the foot by not going Urban as a Dex-based Barbarian, whatever you do. Crossblooded isn't remotely going to help compared to how weakened you will be.

Just choose one of the two bloodlines. It will be feat intense no matter how it rounds out but it is better than not functional at all.

With a dex based bloodrager you'll get slightly better AC, much better reflex saves, and with traits allowed you can be good at a few dex-based skills. OTOH you'll be feat-starved. Lets imagine how it might go.

Human fey urban bloodrager

1: Weapon Finesse
Human: TWF
3: Piranha Strike
5: Arcane Strike
Bloodrager 6: Step Up
7: Improved TWF, steal Bladed Dash off the Magus list.
9: Following Step or Blooded Arcane Strike
10: steal Contingent Action off the Bard list.
11: Greater TWF

So yeah, it looks doable. Fairly mobile, casting with your hands full is going to be an issue of course; weapon cords may be necessary and you'll prefer pre-buff spells to spells cast in combat.
