I'm in the middle of Crypt, after a restart.
Current Plan is:
- Crypt of the Everflame
- Masks of the Living God
- Fangwood Keep
- City of Golden Death
- City puts the characters in Razmiran, but I think Conquest of Bloodsworn Vale next, with Kingmaker add-ons. Another alternative is transplanting From Shore to Sea.
I'll probably run Ironfang Keep separately.

I ran years ago campaign based on modules that started in Nirmathas via Price of Immortality-series. I made one adventure of my own that happened in Kassen as well. After that they roamed inner sea all over until they took part in the Ruby Phoenix Tournament. It was fun romp until life and other games waylaid it. I had plans to end it with three hardcore modules: Tomb of Iron Medusa, Moonscar and The Witchwar Legacy.
In another more recent module campaign I ran I returned to Nirmathas because dammit I like that place. And because it was basically with the same players I knew there was some meta-level attachment to it. I ran the Flight of the Red Raven in there instead of Galt.
I have plans of running the Fangwood Keep at some point, maybe as some sort of thematic preview for the campaign.
I have at this point ran almost every module up to Dragon's Demand.

I set Lost City of Barakus in Nirmathis. I replaced Endhome on the Barakus area map with Tamran. The players took a break from the Lost City to head down to Fangwood Keep, which was a lot of fun.
We just finished Fangwood Keep and the group is heading back to Tamran. Not sure what is next, I run a very open game. We'll see where the group takes it.
I just read through Lands of Conflict. It is good. I was worried it might fill in too many of the open spaces I enjoy, it did not. They added some nice detail without filling the map too much. I'll be using it frequently.
I subscribed to the Ironfang Invasion. I plan on running it after this campaign comes to an end. So maybe in 8-12 months, not sure. I have yet to run an adventure path, they are way too linear for my tastes, but I'm going to run this one.
