I have completely reported events for GenCon 2016 with four exceptions. Two card games and two RPG sessions could not be reported due to lack on scenario information or GM information.

RPG:
8/5/16 - The Wounded Wisp - no GM info
8/7/16 - Captives in Toil - Alan Mendoza - no GM number

ACG:
No date or scenario information for two sessions.

Please utilize the online reporting tool for incorrect sessions as I do not regularly check my PMs.

You mean that tiny 10x12 px icon at the top of the screen whenever you visit the site isn't enough to notify you that you have something in your inbox?

Wow! Thanks for all the hard work.

I'm new to the player side of things and used to reporting my own sessions. Where might I be able to find the online reporting tool for incorrect sessions? I played Through the Maelstrom Rift on Saturday (great fun!) but I'm not seeing it under my player sessions.

Is this Online Reporting Tool something different than clicking on the "Report a problem with this session" link? If so, where is it?

My daughter (140040) is missing a Saturday Kid's Track entry.

Does the reporting tool actually do anything? Nothing of mine has ever gotten fixed using it.

My group is also missing Through the Maelstrom Rift as well.

I still have no credit for a Slot 1 (Thursday 8 AM) Faithless and Forgotten part I scenario.

I'm missing a session as well. I ran Twisted Circle Thursday morning instead of Sun Orchid Scheme because I didn't have players for Scheme.

Here's what you need to provide:

Hi Todd!

I played 8-01 Portent's Peril at 2pm Saturday and it's not showing up in my scenarios played. My character was Dandelion Happypants and the PFS number is 123456-7.

I can't make out the GM's signature but her PFS number is 89012. We all got two prestige.

Thanks for all the hard work you are doing even after GenCon is over!

Other useful information is the PFS numbers of the other players at the table (if you know them).

If you are a GM and don't know any of the players' PFS numbers, really the only information you can give is time, scenario, and your PFS number.

When I first reported a convention myself I was shocked at how illegible so many people's PFS numbers were. For almost every person who e-mailed me to correct it, the problem was a digit or two that we took our best guess at but were wrong.

Sovereign Court 4/5 Venture-Lieutenant, Texas—Houston South aka Lord Valstaff

I myself am also missing my "through the maelstrom" gm session. I waited for hq staff to look over each of my sign in sheets.

I don't doubt that small slips of paper can get loose and misplaced. I remember it being the last of my 8 games for the weekend.

I do not remember the other players pfs numbers. Although I wish I had. They were a great players and funny as well.

In addition, if GMs know when they turned in their sheet, that can help too, as well as the name that would be on their reporting sheet.

This is why I've gotten in the habit of reading off all the PFS IDs on the reporting sheet when I get it back and re-writing any that are unclear. Takes 20 seconds, gets the player's attention before I start intro'ing and makes sure reporting isn't screwed over.

I do the same.

Heck I even do that in Play-by-post, where I re-verify all numbers about a week before I think the game will end so that I can have chronicle sheets prepped and ready.

Such a good idea. I wish I had thought of it ;) Definitely going to use that in the future.

(Our region also uses custom full-page sheets for reporting, but this seems like it'll save more trees.)

What I'm hearing here is that we need Scan-Tron reporting sheets for conventions.

I'm missing a Through the Maelstrom session. I can tell you the session ID if you need, as I played with a friend. Well, if his is reported.

Sent you email!

I'm missing my Saturday night Maelstrom Rift, which I GMed. We were the last table out the door that night.

(Not my fault for being last; we were the last to start and then half my table were knew players that had already lost their ID numbers they had gotten earlier in the day, and didn't bring that up until it was time leave. GMs, if you have new players, put their ID# on their first chronicle for them!)

I'll send an email.

Any updates? My missing sessions haven't gotten added and I didn't see a response to last month's email.

My next table should make my third star, so I would love to see the missing table credited. Thanks.

They do, but as paper beats computer, it is the lowest of my priorities.

I always recommend your Venture Captain before the reporting tool. I am able to make clerical corrections to reported tables and have far more free time than Tonya and the other PFS staff do, as evidenced by my forum presence.

It would be nice to get an update on this, even if the answer is "we lost the sheets for your tables and they aren't going to be reported." My missing Maelstrom Rift table is my 10th special, and is kind of delaying that 5th star by my name.

Grand Lodge 5/5 Venture-Captain, Arizona—Phoenix aka TriOmegaZero

I plan on just reporting the table on my own event in that case.

Given that I'm a 4 star and not actually eligible to run Maelstrom Rift outside of GenCon, that's not really an option for me. :/

I'm getting through the backlog of requests in the order that they were received with preference given to missing GM credits. However, I have to search through the GenCon reported scenarios to make sure that the session wasn't already reported with typos. I'm not going to fix one problem and create one more fix down the road with duplicate reporting. So yes, this takes time. I am responding to individual emails when they are fixed.

To help reassure those who may still be missing tables, Todd just reported mine. While it is slow going, the task is being accomplished.

I finished going through all the missing sessions to make sure there were no duplicates and was able to get most everything fixed.
