Order #4014582 was shipped with $23.18 postage due. Why? Please refund the extra money I had to pay to receive my order.

Hello Uncle Teddy,
I see a shipping charge of $2.87 on this order ($12.87 less the first ten shipping discount). Looking at the order total I see a $182.10 subtotal for the items, $2.87 for shipping, with a grand total of $184.97. The amount charged to the card was $184.97. Can you tell me where you are seeing the shipping charge of $23.18 so I can investigate what you are seeing?

Hello Uncle Teddy,
I spoke to the warehouse about this because I couldn't find a shipping charge beyond the $2.87. They explained to me that when they were trying to ship your order our system thought the order could go in a medium flat rate box and that is what you were charged for, but that it had to go in a larger standard box. They speculate that since USPS uses dimensional weight they may have upped the postage and charged you directly for it, which is why I can't see any shipping charge. USPS should have given you a receipt, or put a postage label on the box, or given you something showing the charge. Can you send that to me at customer.service@paizo.com? I should be able to refund the money to you once you send it.

Hello Diego,
I received a notice from the post office that there was postage due of $23.18. I had to go to the post office and pay the extra to pick up the package. I will be emailing you copies of both the notice and receipt as soon as I get access to a scanner.
