Getting to cast a spell not on their list PFS

Advice

So I know of pages of spell knowledge to let spontaneous casters cast a spell as if it was known and the Mnemonic Vestment to let them cast from a scroll using a slot.

I'm curious if there are anything like these for prepared casters or anything that lets you do something like this with spells not on your list.

Yes, I know this is similar to scrolls, but I'm hoping to find a way to be able to access a higher caster level and/or not rely on UMD.

Consider that pages of spell knowledge only allow spells already on your spell list.

The ring of spell knowledge lets you cast some spells not on your list, but is a little pricier.

so the ring of spell knowledge would let a sorcerer cast the spell in it and would it allow a wizard to prepare that spell?

Nope. The only way I know for a Wizard to get off list spells is the Magaambyan/Collegiate Arcanist Prc, which can get lower level Druid spells.

Behold this exceedingly useful guide.

Are you a Skald of at least 5th level? If so, you're covered because of Spell Kenning. Otherwise, get a high UMD check and go with scrolls/wands/staves.

Lore Mystery/Spirit also provides a way to cast outside the class lists for Oracles and Shaman respectively. However, the Shaman approach is probably the single most MAD thing in Pathfinder. You'd need Wisdom, Charisma, and Intelligence to maximize everything about that Hex.

Speaker for the Past is a Shaman archetype that replaces the familiar with the ability to have all the Ancestor and Time Oracle Mystery spells added to your list. So you could have a Shaman with access to various Bard, Cleric, and Wizard spells outside of its usual repertoire. I'd actually recommend using that if you were to go with the Lore Spirit, as some of the Ancestor/Time Revelations can shore up the deficiencies you'd have because of the MAD issues.

The Wizard Archetype Spell Sage grants a way to cast off-list spells with a huge hurdle to actual use. However, once Spell Study grants potential access to a spell, you can then take Preferred Spell to learn to spontaneously cast that spell without the use of the Spell Study ability and it's baggage.
