Pearl of Power Equivalent for Spontaneous Casters

Advice

Is there a Pearl of Power Equivalent for Spontaneous Casters?

Grand Lodge

Runestone of Power

Thank you

Dark Archive

yes, thank you!

Spontaneous casters also get Pages of Spell Knowledge so thats where most PC wealth goes for me.

Silver Crusade

Which of the 3 above items can an arcanist actually use?

The arcanist uses the the runestones because they are spontaneous casters.

Sovereign Court

Interesting item. Just built an arcanist, may mod him up to get some of these.

Runestones for extra spell slots, Spell Lattices for spells known/prepared.

Sovereign Court

Aren't there also rings that provide spells to spontaneous casters?

Scarab Sages

A Ring of spell knowledge grants an additional spell known to spontaneous arcane casters. It won't work for arcanists, but does work for sorcerers, bards, skalds, and summoners.

Grand Lodge

Vestment, Mnemonic Is a good Item as well. It does fight for the Body Slot for a Robe of Arcane Heritage on a Sorcerer. But Oracles and other Spontaneous Casters can get some good mileage out of the 5k Item. I Know the life Oracle I'm playing has used them a lot.

Where does it actually say this? Looking at the ACG under Arcanist, it says over and over again that they need to prepare their spells.

For psychic casters there are the Ring of Psychic Mastery and the Ring of the Hidden Psyche. Each grants an extra casting of a 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th level spell per day.

They do prepare their spells. But they can't benefit from a Pearl of Power because all it does is help someone recall a forgotten spell and Arcanists don't forget their spells when they cast them.

My question was more around the statement that they are considered spontaneous casters.

Irrespective of their inability to use pearls of power - which I agree with.

Ring of wizardry is pricey, but helpful

Only arcane I believe.
