Attention Pathfinders:

This year, on the Wednesday before Gen Con, there will be at least one 7-11 session. If we have GM and players for multiple we can get that sorted also.

There will be one slot:
7:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

If you are interested in joining us, hop on over to the Warhorn HERE, register, and then sign up for the game(s).

I look forward to seeing you guys!

Thank you very much for getting that aligned, been a bit busy with work and all here!

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

In minutes, we have 5 players signed up!

As of yet or GM. I can if we don't get someone wanting the GM credit. But I'd rather play.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Likewise busy week. Magic Prerelease weekend - 40 hrs of gaming in 56 hrs

Gm-ing both Scottie's sessions, have a half hour drive home, and playing the 8am slot.... whatever.

Signing up to GM. Will purchase/download once I can.

Thanks for volunteering, Sabre.

Well that was fast.

I others are interested in a second session, I can add more tables.

As I'm waitlisted now, I can play in a second table or run an evergreen

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

I just added two more scenarios:
7-11: Ancients' Anguish (levels 7-11)
7-19: Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts (levels 3-7)

I don't have a GM offer for Ancient Anguish, but I did have one for Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts.

So if we can make some more happen, all the better.

Grand Lodge 3/5

I'll take a waitlist spot, as I saw this a bit late! *Shakes fist at work*

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

I just added a second table of Ageless, if people would prefer two tables of the same thing.

I can play any of these, I signed up for the second table of Ageless, but have no problem switching

At the table I'm signed up for, I have a bard at 9.1 and a 'tank' at 10. If something else is needed (except prepared casters, because I truly don't do well with them) I can bring a 7(pregen)?

Dark Archive 4/5

I can host a table at the Staybridge suites.
It's at 10675 N Pennsylvania state.
They have provided me access to their den area, which may hold more tables.
Just throwing it out there.

That is awfully far north for someone that doesn't drive and will be hustling to get back on foot to the hotels area...

The Westin ballroom usually has events happening in it, so is not normally available. The Sheraton has had space previous years. I'm not sure about other hotels

So I have something of an unusual request- a friend of mine and I were hoping to play a game, but either have played or will play all of the listed scenarios. Would you be willing to swap out one slot for an older scenario? Would love to play 5-17 Fate of the fiend, would be game for 5-25 Vengeance at Sundered Craig, or I'm always willing to run, though I'd prefer to play, (and my friend has yet to play) 5-18 The Stranger Within!

Venture Captain dinner overlaps with this schedule, but I believe I can take off early enough to make it still.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Steven, I can probably push it back 30 minutes? Most are 4 hr and I listed it as 5 hr, which would leave us 4.5 hrs to run a 5 hr before midnight.

As far as adding some older scenarios, the number of people who can do older ones becomes nearly impossible. I can add 5-17, but we'd need a GM and sufficient players. As it stands we don't have a GM for anything but the first table.

Also, to clarify. I'll get tables Wed morning from the hotel/con. The order of preference for location will be JW Marriot space, GenCon open table space, other hotels on skywalk space.

Thanks James, will keep you updated.

Would 7-25 Orders from the Gate be doable?

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Added #7-25, but keep in mind it can't fire if we don't get a GM signed up.

As it stands today, only these will fire:
PFS 7-11: Ancients' Anguish (levels 7-11)
PFS 7-28: Ageless Ambitions (levels 7-11)

These have players but no GM:
PFS 7-28: Ageless Ambitions (levels 7-11)

These have neither:
PFS 7-19: Labyrinth of Hungry Ghosts (levels 3-7)
PFS 7-25: Orders from the Gate (levels 5-9)

James;

I'm running 7-11: Ancient's Anguish @ Scotty's earlier in the day, so if the GM is from out of town and needs something, it will be with me.

This is great! I need to get to 12 before next month and my schedule is kind of borked because I'm running Serpent's Ire at Gencon after all my free-time slots!

I'll still need three online 7-11 games but that's doable in a month.

Wheeee, ancient's anguish is going to be different with two arcane and an aether kinetisict..... This is gonna be fun!

My sorcerer is a Razmiran Priest and has a pet wolf, so I can cover some melee as well as a certain amount of divine casting. And we can also bring along an Uloch pregen to fill the table.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Still need a second GM to run the full second table of #7-28 Ageless Ambition! Anyone Know anyone?

I just became the 4th, and have options:

Wizard 10 (if we want the challenge/fun of all arcane/energy group)
Cleric (archer) 9
Barbarian (with dip in Cleric of Kurgess) 9

(Unfortunately, my Duelist 11 is on reserve for the interactive.)

I'm up for a challange, but play what you want. I some wands that can be of use, but I have a 50/50 shot at activating them.

I can activate any wand you've got - one of the benefits of Cha class with UMD.

This might sound kind of crazy, but I have my hotel room until the day after Gencon and it looks like the convention closes early on the last day.

Would anyone be up for a (probably exhausted) post-con session? It'd be nice to actually play a game after all that DMing, and I do still need another 7-11 to prepare for my late August Eyes of the Ten with a friend back at home who is leaving the state.

Anyone interested?

I would most likely be. I'll be playing Ancients' Anguish Wednesday night, but that's the only 7-11 from season 7 I'll have played

Paizo Employee 4/5 ** Developer

I would love to play The Ironbound Schism (7-04) and it doesn't look too difficult to prep if the titles of the reviews for the module are accurate.

I haven't played many 7-11 modules to be honest (less than 8?), but Abducted in Aether (7-23) and Ageless Ambitions (7-28) are two of them I have played!

Liberty's Edge 5/5

I'd be interested in getting in on that game!

Grand Lodge 3/5

I'd be interested, as I be leaving late Monday afternoon.

Two more interested GMs here.

I'm sorry, I didn't quote context. I was echoing KitsuneWarlock's sentiment about getting to play on Sunday afternoon/evening after GMing all weekend.

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

I'll make a Sunday slot any ideas on things to GM/ play?

We still need a GM for a game Wed with 6 players.
Hint hint anyone able to step up?

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Awesome. Looks like we have a good table for #7-11 and two tables of #7-28 ready. The other two are unlikely to fill at this point, but I will bring signin slips and sheets just in case.

If you are GM any of these and need anything, let me know.

Dark Archive 4/5

James, I'm Skip. I've got the module. However I will need two pounds of cocaine, and a juicer to run it. 8)

Dark Archive 4/5 *

what's the juicer for?

Shadow Lodge 4/5

Some questions are better left unanswered.

I'm signed up for one of the ones that likely won't fill up, I wouldn't be able to play the 7-11 one unless I did a level 7 pre-gen which doesn't look like it would help that party. So I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed that my session mystically fills up and draws a GM in the next 3 days. ;-)

4/5

AkosPrime, a 7th level pregen can still be a significant benefit to a party when we already have 5 players in high tier, especially if you play a support character like a bard, skald, healer or rogue. I'm sure some of my summoned monsters would greatly benefit from bard song or raging song. In my experience it only become problematic when the low tier character is a front-line fighter.

Eric, cool! You sold me! I switched over to the 7-11 and will play the level 7 pre-general Bard. I'll study up on the plane out on how to play him best. Thanks for the advice!

The Exchange 4/5 Owner - D20 Hobbies

Woot

Grand Lodge 3/5

Oh, a bard! This is going to be fun! If you want, I can print out Lem's sheet if need be.

4/5

Great. You may want to take a look at the Skald as well, as most people think that is a better designed pre-gen than the Bard.

Eric Ives wrote:

Will do!

@Michael thanks, but I'll print out the Skald and Bard pre-gen and bring with me, appreciate the offer though!

BTW auto-correct is killing me with PFS terms like pre-gen, I swear I'm not as clueless as the posts might indicate. ;-)
