Yet Another Occultist's Necromatic Servant Question

Hi all, I have a question regarding the HD or Level of the Necromatic Servant.
Now the rules as written indicate that the Hp of the servant are equal to 1/2 the Occultist's, and that it uses the same BaB and gets a damage bonus equal to 1/2 the occultists level, but there is no mention of its HD or saves.
I don't mind if they stay at the base 1 HD skeleton or 2HD zombie, but would like some clarification if that isn't the case.

Cheers

Actually this is more important than I thought especially at 9th level and above, because the special features of both Bloody and Burning skeletons are dependent on their Hit dice.

Liberty's Edge

Sorry to do this but a shameless bump to try and get some attention to this issue.

It might be instructive to look at the Playtest version.

Necromantic Servant (Sp): As a standard action, you can expend 1 point from your mental focus to raise a single basic human skeleton (Pathfinder Role Playing Game Bestiary 250) or human zombie (Bestiary 288) from the ground to serve you for 10 minutes per occultist level you possessor until it is destroyed. Whenever the necromantic servant would be destroyed, if you are within medium range (100 feet + 10 feet/level) you can spend 1 point of mental focus as an immediate action to cause the servant to return to full hit points. At 5th level, the servant gains the advanced simple template. At 9th level, you can choose to also apply the giant simple template. At 13th level, when you spend an immediate action to restore your servant, it splits into two servants. This can allow you to have up to a number of servants in existence equal to half your occultist level. At 17th level, the servant gains a teamwork feat of your choice.

Then the Necromantic Servent only had the standard stats for a human skeleton or human zombie. It seems to me that they intended the hp, BAB, and damage changes to be three specific boosts rather than parts of a broader change. So I would expect they would otherwise still use the stats for the human zombie or human skeleton.

But it's possible that they just left the other parts out by accident. They left off the page reference to the human skeleton, after all. So FAQ'd.
