What's the penalty in PFS when you stack mistakenly?

Went through a game on +20 and not +19 on Disable Device....in the spirit of honesty what's the penalty?

There's not really a penalty. You correct the error and move on. Hopefully it didn't dramatically affect the outcome of an adventure. Even if it did, mistakes happen—especially in a game that involves numerous calculations.

Caution: The following post contains a number of silly ways to punish yourself, and is not to be taken seriously.

Stand in the mirror and give yourself a good tongue clicking.
Repeat the penitent chant of "oops I made a mistake."

This is why pencils have those funny little earwax cleaners on the other end

The penalty is to buy your next GM a beer.

I misshtacked an unshtackable.
Gas thing is ....I was positive that I had nailed all the commonsense stuff. However I tagged a cracked ioun stone into it and therein lies the rub.

I have a tonne of weird honesty guilt.

He owes me money. Not going to happen.

Autoflagellation.

Or just resolve to be more careful in the future and maybe take a moment to run through the math behind your characters in case of other errors.

Ah memories...*Wavy, trippy, dream-sequence transition*

Back when I was in 1st grade, oh so so long ago, I put the eraser-end of the pencil in my ear, and when I pulled it out, the eraser wasn't there. Worse off, being so little, I forgot about it by the end of the day.

It wasn't discovered until one day I said my ear was hurting. So my mom decided to swab my ear and see what was up. Well, long story short, the next morning, I was having the eraser fished out of my ear with fine-tipped forceps at the family doctor's office. (To the best of my memory.) Had like, all kinds of nastyness on it. Bleh! I still, to this day, remember what it looked like.

Be careful with pencils, kids! ^.^

You need to burn all that PCs chronicles on top of a cast iron bust of Grandmaster Torch.

I was gonna say that we make you take off your shoes and walk on some legos, but somehow I don't think that'll be a problem for you, what with your specially designed feet and all.

Expected thread:

One answer of "it's no big deal" followed by a half-page or so of ridiculous trollface ideas.

Not disappointed.

I think the only reasonable answer is to have the local venture agents organize one of these for you.

Right before you go to bed...

* Drink two cups of water.
* Throw a bunch of d4's on the floor.

There, your penance will be taken care of around the time Drandle Dreng would normally wake you for a mission.
