Um...8/41. I didn't realize how much that unholy blight took outta me!
Let's work under the assumption that, if you were at 8/41 HP, someone would have noticed and done something about it. Before we begin, people who are seriously hurt can take a moment to heal.

The elf will look on as the bard is healed. She will cast Detect magic again just to be sure they are leaving nothing behind,
The nabasu utters some profane words before taking to the air. Darya, Uriel, Alex, and Arloric feel a force gripping at them, trying to paralyze them where they stand.
It flies up roughly 30 feet into the air, making a lazy arc around the courtyard as it climbs.
Mass hold person, DC 21 Will to avoid being paralyzed (Alexa, Arloric, Darya, Uriel)
Glaring up at the demon as it flies into the air, Darya finds herself suddenly unable to move a muscle, her body practically vibrating with the strain, as a burning rage ignites in her eyes.
Will save:1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
No actions this round: "It is aware and breathes normally but cannot take any actions, even speech"
Her body trembling with the monumental effort of will, a low, angry sound begins in Darya's throat, rising in intensity until erupting in a scream of effort as the flame-haired warrior breaks through the demon's hold on her body.
Glaring up in divinely inspired fury, she calls to the heavens, a cry answered by a spirit of vengeful flame that enters her body, filling her with Ragathiel's holy fire. Golden flames enshroud her armored form as a brilliant halo of fire blazes above her head, her divine wrath filling her companions with additional resolve, while protecting them with the sheer power of her presence.
As a standard action, the paladin can call forth an angel spirit that bonds to her, causing her to manifest a resplendent halo. This bond allows the paladin to shine light as per continual flame for 1 minute per paladin level. Additionally, while the halo shines, all allies within 20 feet gain the benefits of protection from evil, except the deflection and resistance bonuses are +3
As Protection from Evil: "Second, the subject immediately receives another saving throw (if one was allowed to begin with) against any spells or effects that possess or exercise mental control over the creature (including enchantment [charm] effects and enchantment [compulsion] effects, such as charm person, command, and dominate person)."
Everyone gets a new save with a +3 bonus, and gains +3 to AC

With heroic effort (and a little help from his friend) Uriel wills himself to rip free of the Nabasu's spell. Shaking his head to clear it, he follows Alexa's instruction and goes back inside.
With an angry sneer up at the demon, Darya falls back moving into the building. "Let the bastard come to us, then, take some of the advantage of his flight away."

Moving to the doorway, the glow around Darya begins to intensify, becoming almost blinding for a moment before drawing in, her eyes going completely white as she lets out a shout of defiant rage, channeling the brilliant radiant energy down her arm, to send a searing blast over Telerin's shoulder to slam into the demon.
Nabasus form from the souls of those who feast on the flesh of their own kind, drink the blood of others, or are just excessive gluttons in general. They are birthed on the material plane, and can only return to the abyss when they have consumed the souls of others.
In game mechanics, this happens through a gaze attack that bestows a negative level. Those who die in this manner become ghouls, and the nabasu matures.
They are medium outsiders (chaotic, demon, evil, native)
"Nabasu... they can only return to the Abyss when they've taken a soul. So long as you don't look them in the eyes, your soul is safe." Alexa relays this information to the others.
"We'll have to make sure it doesn't take flight again. Go for the wings--that might do enough to keep it grounded!"
Will delay until one of the front-liners gets in there.
Kelly has no ranged attacks so she will ready an action to strike when the demon comes inside. I assume Telerin would have made a 5' step last round to stop being, uh, the main target.
Darya's spell catches the demon in the chest, and its hide smolders briefly.
Uriel's arrow goes wide, however, sailing into the wall on the far side of the courtyard.
