Twin Cities area, MN: Looking for gaming group

Gamer Connection

Not sure if this is in the right place but.

Just moved to the twin cities area of MN, from the Florida panhandle and I'm looking for a group to play with.

Sovereign Court

Heya Xemnas, welcome to the TC!

There are a few meetup.com sites for games locally. There are several game stores as well. What part of the TC are staying in currently?

Some of us who have been doing PFS in the twin cities are trying to get a group together for home play send me a message through this site

Im a nordesater myself! I recommend checking out FFG event center and The Source in Roseville for gaming stores. Good luck and welcome again to the TC!

If you'd be interested in PFS play we've got a solid and active lodge of over 200. The link above is a specific one, but MSP-Pathfinders is the general lodge site. We're always welcoming newcomers.

Fantasy Flight Games and The Source are probably your closest stores, though Dreamers Games in St Louis Park and Your Mom's Basement in White Bear Lake are also great stores.

I'm a VL for PFS in the area, so if you have any questions feel free to PM me or email me at kapperson.pfs@gmail.com

^^ Don't trust him!

Welcome to Minneapolis! We have lots of gaming stores and opportunities to play. We bite only when asked to, and we like beer.

As Keith (don't trust him) noted, one of the best way to meet local players of Pathfinder (and even find a home game) is to come and play with us at Pathfinder Society events. The Minneapolis/St. Paul Pathfinder Society Meetup Site is a great way to find events.

Sorry I haven't responded sooner, been busy with work and things are finally settling down. I may have to come by The source while people are playing. I have never played PFS before, usually play a lot of home games, and have created multitudes of off the wall characters. Most recently accidentally creating Sun Wukong without realizing I was doing it.

You're welcome to come in and meet a bunch of us tomorrow night (Thursday) at Fantasy Flight Games. I think there are 3-4 tables going.

We also have a great convention coming up in September, Skal Con. It is fundraising opportunity and a great chance to meet a lot of really great peeps who play Pathfinder.

To register go here: skalcon.org

I will have to find both FFG and The Source, i actually live west of the 94/694 Merge/split so i may drive out there and see if i can find them.

Both are pretty easy to find and both are very close to Rosedale.

Closer to your neck of the woods would be events at Hobby Goblins in St. Cloud and anything at Dreamers (which is between 100 and 169 just south of 394).
