Familiar wearing Belt of Mighty Constitution

Rules Questions

Familiar's health equal to half the wizard's health.
Will familiar wearing a belt of CON gain 1HP per HD?

Nope, not in my opinion. The only thing that would do is increase it's Fort save.

+1

Then familiar gets half the hp wizard gets by wearing the belt?

If the wizard wears the belt and has their HP increased, then yes (assuming that the wizard does not take off the belt or otherwise have its function negated).

Really, just remember that Familiar Max HP = Half Master Max HP and you'll be fine.

I thought magic items go on top of that and its just calucation of base HP.

Silver Crusade

If the magic item increased HP directly then yes, but a Belt of Con doesn't, it increases Con which then increases HP.

Familiar rules override the Familiar's actual HD and Con score for determining HP.

Yea, thats what i thought - familiar HP is not influenced by its CON.

Is there any items that add HP directly tho?

Silver Crusade

To my knowledge, no.

Though there are a couple of Amulets that can give you false life so there's that.

This is why familiars circle the con belt in the pathfinder catalog.

If you want to wrestle a cat into a belt, I'm inclined to give it the extra HP. Of course, magical tho it be, it is still a cat and will therefore coup de grace you in your sleep for making it wear accessories.

There is an ioun stone that adds temporary hit points and stacks with itself.

I dont remember the last time the famliar wasnt a scorpion personally :P, so i guess only issue is that you need a really tiny belt.

There is maulers endurance for a familiar with the mauler archetype.

If it's not for PFS you can ask your GM to allow you to replace your familiars feat with toughness.
