There is not one. All psychic casting is spontaneous.
That said, you have to realize psychic was written around the idea it is spontaneous. Undercasting, the pool abilities, disciplines, and a mighty casting list all go a long distance to making the psychic a powerful caster with many options open. If you just slam dashed a prepared archetype with the psychic list and psychic casting it would very likely be OP as hell.
Given there are actually psychic spells and rules that depend on it being spontaneous casting, there are none, nor are there likely to be any.
If you want something by-the-book, playing a Psychic with the Rebirth discipline gets you one flexible spell that can be chosen daily, although it's a level lower than your max. The cool thing is that you get to select any spell list to pull it from, and your choice of spell list can be changed each time you level up.
For something a little closer to the hybrid casting like Arcanist, there's the Amnesiac archetype for Psychic. You're still spontaneous, but half of your spells known for the top two spell levels (rounded down) are chosen on the fly with a chance of failing and leaving you stuck with whatever the other half is. In exchange, though, you also have a chance to cast a spell that's a level higher than you can actually learn. The archetype allows you to rotate your spells known for your higher level spells, so downtime is pretty good for you.
Combine the two, and you've got some pretty cool flexibility. Grab Heighten spell, and you can make up for a lot of Amnesiac's weaknesses.
