With the rules for mounted combat having more holes in it than Swiss cheese and paizo not able to fix them, has anyone made a list o fixed mounted combat rules they're willing to share?

I haven't seen anything about bull rushes or pushing assault, which specific square the rider is on, what CMB do we use for overrun, initiative with sentient creatures, and I'm sure there's more I haven't run into, yet, that other folks have.
You and your mount are separate creatures with separate action economies. Even when you charge using the FAQ rules, you're both making separate charge actions at the same time. When you remember this, many cases make a lot more sense. Either you or your mount make the bull rush.
