How about, aside from it being a trash hill, the "Voice of the heap" is an otyugh currently living in the pile and enjoying all the goblin worship?

Skrothaug
Søppelhaug
Skrapdump
Avfallshjørnet
Drittdynga
etc.
Minidictionary:
Søppel/Avfall - Trash
Dritt - S%&~
Haug/Dump/Dynge - Pile
Hjørnet - Corner
Basically you can mix the two first lines with the two last lines and you get several fun ways of writing "Trash pile" ;)
