Yeah I really like it concept-wise, but it might be way too crazy to really work well as a character. Being able to go after anyone's turn, as long as everyone else has gone, fits really well. It also means you can just stick Yumi's character card in front of whoever she just "possessed", and then once that person has had their turn, move her around the table until she decides a location needs to be explored more. Generally, pretty cool.
EDIT: There are a few points in the text of the powers that could use some clarity:
"You do not take a turn in the normal order. You are not considered to be at a location unless you are currently encountering a card at that location." <- Not having a turn means the character gets no free explores, so that part was redundant. You also don't want to say "never have to reset your hand" because one of your powers forces you to do so.
"At the end of another player's turn, you may draw the top card of the blessings discard pile; you may then play cards to explore as if you were at that location. At any time you may reset your hand as if you had ended a turn. This counts as your turn, and you cannot use this power again until all other characters have taken a turn." <- I think that resetting your hand should really be the "signal" that you've taken what constitutes your turn. This does mean you're adding a blessing on top of your normal hand size (from the top of the blessings discard pile) but that's fine since the character gets no free exploration.
"After an encounter, you may discard a spell ([c] or blessing) to allow another character to immediately explore his location; during this exploration, you may play spells which affect him as if you were at his location, and if he would encounter a boon, you may encounter it instead. If that character ([c] or you) defeat(s) or acquire(s) a card during this exploration, you may recharge 1 ([c] or 2) random cards from your discard pile." <- This is mostly simplifying wording or bringing it more in line with standard wording, I don't think I changed any of the actual mechanics here.
[c] [b]"If the top card of the blessings deck could be played on a check being made, you may immediately draw that card and play it on the check." <- This one just cleans up and clarifies the wording.
[c] "You may evade a bane you encounter; a random other character encounters it instead." <- This one clarifies that you have to be the one encountering the bane, and you can't evade it FOR someone even if you're possessing them.
[c] "If a character would draw more cards from her deck than the number that deck contains, you may allow her to draw cards from your deck instead, as if it were her own deck; ([c] you may then add the same number of cards from her discard pile to your discard pile.)" <- This clarifies that the power happens BEFORE the character draws cards that would cause her to die, because right now the wording essentially means "If the character would die, let them draw cards from your deck" but the draw step already happened, so you're not actually saving them from death.
[c] "After you reset your hand, you may place your token next to a location deck. [b]When a character at that location is dealt Combat ([c] or Force or Fire) damage, reduce that damage by 2 ([c] 4), then place your token next to your deck." <- This just clarifies where your token card would normally be for this character, which is next to your character deck.
All this being said, I really appreciate the character's concept, and once you've playtested her a bit, you should definitely make the cards on drivethrucards.com so that we can all order them. If you need help with that, I'd be happy to do it for you. :)

I'm going to look at your suggestions carefully, cartmanbeck. They sound good.
I should probably point out right away though that I didn't expect this character to be well balanced except against the personality of her player. The main problem to me is that every one of her cards can be used for an extra explore, and only the allies require any other resources on her part. I suspect that if she stuck around and played every chance she got, the game would become a lot easier than we want it to be.
Of course, if she uses all of her spells as explores, she has no way to deal with monsters when she uses her allies, but she won't need a spell on every explore either.
Edit: Also, I meant for her to draw from the blessings deck during her turn power, to replace the normal advance the blessings deck step.

@Duane: Oh I realize you meant for her to draw during her turn, definitely makes sense. I changed it to blessings discard because of the possibility of drawing something that is NOT a blessing from the blessings deck, which can happen in some scenarios. But you're right, that doesn't work, as it doesn't use up a blessing from the pile for her "turn". Let's try this instead:
"At the end of another player's turn, you may discard the top card of the blessings pile, then draw the top card of the blessings discard pile; you may then play cards to explore as if you were at that location. At any time you may reset your hand as if you had ended a turn. This counts as your turn, and you cannot use this power again until all other characters have taken a turn."
This would allow for scenarios where things are hidden within the blessings deck and trigger powers when they're discarded from the blessings deck (look at a very early scenario in Wrath of the Righteous where Khorramzadeh is in the blessings deck waiting to deal Fire damage to everyone).
