The following information, including dates and expected products, is what we currently estimate and may change.

Subscribers attending PaizoCon 2016 may opt in to pick up their subscriptions until May 5th at 10:00am PST. After this time we are unable to make any alterations to the hold for pick up status of your account. Opt In or change your opt in status by visiting your My Subscription page. If you do not have a subscription and would like to pick up the starting item at PaizoCon, please contact customer service immediately after placing your order for the subscription so that we can ensure the product is set properly for subscription pick up. Items in your sidecart that are not your subscription items for May New Releases will not be available for pick up at the show.

The deadline to opt in or change preferences for PaizoCon pick up of subscriptions is Thursday, May 5th at 10:00am PST.

New Releases in May

For those who are not opting in to PaizoCon pick up:
↬If you have anything in your sidecart that is *ready to go* when we run the order spawning process, it will be shipped with this subscription.
↬If you want to add anything to this subscription order, you have until the authorization date to add it to your sidecart. If it is after the authorization date, make sure you choose to ship with the pending order number.
↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

For those who are opting in to PaizoCon Pick Up:

The schedule for people choosing to opt in is as follows:

  • Friday, April 29th, 12:00pm PST — Subscribers can opt in to PaizoCon 2016 on their My Subscription page.
  • Thursday, May 5th, 10:00am PST — Ability to opt in or change preferences for PaizoCon pick up closes.
  • May 9th-13th — We will create convention pick up orders, charge payment methods and grant PDFs. We do not have precise dates on when each of these will occur.
  • May 27th- May 30th — Pick up your subscription items from the Paizo booth at PaizoCon 2016.

Unfortunately we are not able to include any other items for PaizoCon pick up. If you have other items in your sidecart they will wait until the next available subscription to ship.

Shipping & Handling & Sales Tax:
Pick up orders are not charged shipping & handling, but are charged Washington sales tax (9.5%).

What do I need to pick up my subscription items?
Bring your ID, and make sure you know what email address you use for logging into Paizo.com. Printing off your order confirmation email or having it accessible on a smartphone is helpful, but not required.

I can't make it to PaizoCon, can my friend, family member, partner, husband/wife pick up my subscriptions?
Subscriptions must be picked up by the account holder. We will not release subscription pick ups to anyone but the subscriber.

If I don't have a subscription for a product line, can I still sign up for one and choose to pick it up at PaizoCon?
Yes! Just start the subscription like normal, opt in on your My Subscription page and contact customer.service@paizo.com immediately after subscribing to ensure the starting products are correctly set.

If you have any questions or concerns about PaizoCon pick up please let us know as soon as possible, as the closer it gets to the show, the harder some issues are to resolve. You can email us, customer.service@paizo.com, you can post in the Customer Service forum, or you can give us a call (425-250-0800, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific time).

Edit: The Dark Eye Hardcover and Revelations from Heaven have been pushed back to July and will not be part of the May shipment.

The normal order spawning for this month should be done now.

Order spawning for the PaizoCon Pick Up orders should happen sometime next week, as well as the order processing for the Pathfinder Legends Digital subscription.

I just finished processing the PDFs for PaizoCon pick up orders.

If your order was set for PaizoCon pick up, and you haven't gotten an order confirmation email
OR
If you have gotten your order confirmation email, but not your subscription PDFs,
please let us know in a new messageboard thread or by email.


And is the shipping proceeding smoothly? I opted to not collect mine and I'm crossing my fingers it's going to get here before I leave.

The warehouse has finished shipping the subscription orders for May. If you have not received your shipping notification please let us know by creating a thread here on our customer service forums, sending an email to customer.service@paizo.com, or giving us a call at 425-250-0800 between 10am and 5pm pacific time, Monday through Friday.

Your order shipped yesterday. It should be arriving early next week, so depending on when you are leaving it may be there before you do.
