Reducing Metamagic level increases

Advice

What ways are there to do this? I have an idea for a character but I need both still and silent on all their spells. Then it would be nice to reduce Tenebrous and Umbral as well.

Any thoughts?

Play a psychic character, includes sorcerers with the psychic bloodline or mindblade maguses.

If you want to do this with one spell in particular take the relevant traits - wayang spellhunter/metamagic master & magical lineage.

Get spell-like abilities rather than spells. Item mastery feats and the relic master fighter are a similar option.

Take a level in oracle with the deaf curse for free silent spell.

If sufficiently high level, get Spell Perfection.

Just remember that even a Silent and Stilled Spell can be detected. Paizo ruled that all those manifestations in their artwork is part of the spell too, so you can't hide your casting very easily at all.

It isn't for hiding it. I want to make a tongueless shadow casting guy named snaps who snaps his fingers when he casts a spell. Kinda thought it would be awesome, but I also need Still Spell for it, because the motions would slightly remove the charm. Plus converting other spells to darkness descriptor ones and adding Tenebrous would be flavorful and potent.

Any roleplay issues would be moot as it's an NPC, but I'm not about to sit here and GM fiat him into being able to do this for free, gotta actually find a build for it.
