Hello The Seldon Plan,

You have not been charged 3 times. What you are seeing are authorizations. Your card was being declined for failing the address verification system. Each time an attempt to run the card was made the bank got pinged to make sure the card was valid. When this happens most banks put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending transaction on your end. Because the card was declined none of those authorizations can be finalized. If not finalized authorizations expire after a few business days and the holds get released. How long that takes is entirely up to the bank and not something we can control. Only one authorization was finalized, the rest will disappear as soon as the bank releases them.
