Well if you are running mythic. Otherwise four feats.

And magic items are not just the amount of gold you spend.

If it was just how mych gold you spend many of those spells you have spent feats and talents on to get can be replaced by similar magic items.

Ring of feather fall
Necklace of Adaptation
Heavyload Belt
Ring of Invisibility
Boots of Springing and Striding
A number of different ioun stones
Im sure there is more i missed too.

What you seem to be missing is that the spells can be switched out. You're 'buying' 3 set items while the spells can be a different one each day depending on your needs. A slot can be a magic missile one day, or a comprehend language the next. IMO the set 'magic item' abilities are no different that getting real ones; those are your abilities. The slots are a new possibility every day and they are far more valuable that the items you list.

So in conclusion I find Eldritch heritage feat, mythic or not, to be unexciting and I wouldn't think of taking them over other available options. The class can already take 20 variable 1st level spells a day so the bloodline abilities aren't too impressive like they are on a class that doesn't have spells/SLA. Feel free to take them if you wish but I find the 13 cha too costly for those abilities let alone the feats you spend.

Should I be looking into combat maneuvers?

You could I guess but I don't think the class would particularly shine at them as it's not a full BAB class.

Startoss Style seems like one of the better options. Pick a thrown weapon you can use in melee and you can use dex for damage with startoss bonuses in melee. At ranged, you still get the bonus damage and multiple attack at full attack bonuses. You can also vital strike the first attack.

As a rogue, it still has the potential to be the best disarmer in the game with the weapon snatcher advanced talent.

Granted, disarm is relatively weak at the level you get the talent, but it does work well against humanoids.

Hmmm... I guess you could but as you say it'd really only work in a game that's going to see mainly humanoids from 10-20, and it means that you're going to be less than the best at disarming from 1st-9th...

I really wouldn't suggest it unless you're starting at 10th+ level in a humanoid centric game.
