So how about taxidermist / tanner's book?

<_< Seriously, my players keep asking about "Hey, what if I make hide armor out of this DR magic outsider's hide" or "Hey, I want to harvest weapon/claw/shell from this monster", would be nice to have guidelines for what to do when players want to do that xD

There are. They're called special materials. Skins, except special versions like angelskin, tend to become leather without special properties, while stuff like horn and claws function as bone.

I know about special materials, but that doesn't really answer my problem of needing help with guidance of how to deal with players wanting to extract special materials from creatures :P Like, only creature that has special material from them is dragons.

Tell them they are able to extract X GP of useful materials for magical crafting and leave it at that. XD It's best to avoid making things too complicated.

If Paizo were to take this on, I'd like to see official rules for extracting and processing poison and venom, too.

Yeah, the party wizard keeps wanting to do that with every monster that has venoms <_< So that would be helpful as well

Y'know, an easy way out might be to say "Take Profession (Tanner). If you roll their DC x 2, you can harvest venom from creatures and craft it into poisons."

Allowing your players to see a wide variety of creatures as walking components of future loot that just needs a little... er, processing... is a good way to destroy your in-game economy. (I can get how much for making what out of who? AWESOME!)

I think that means they don't find as many piles of gold just lying around in a dungeon somewhere. The main wealth they get is from big game hunting, not dungeon delving.

And that's okay.

It's not if the party doesn't have the means to harvest said wealth, or worse, fails at the attempt.

I wouldn't require skill checks for that. Seems like a pointless and unfun thing to require.

Which would be a houserule on your part. And another reason that Paizo uses it sparingly with critters.
